The sky turned a brooding grey as thunderheads rolled in and it started to drizzle. As she walked out of her car she breathed a sigh of relief. It had been a hectic day and the comfort of her cozy little apartment was all that she needed.
The innocent drizzling had now turned into a sinister downpour. As soon as she got out of her car she dashed towards her main gate. She opened the lock and entered her home. She tried to switch on the light but there was no electricity. It was pitch black and the sounds of thunderous lightening made the evening scarier!
She cursed the government and switched on her emergency light.
But he didn’t curse!
He was happy. He was happy that finally, after all the long wait she had come home!
Hidden behind the living room curtain, he was waiting for her. He was waiting to ambush her.
She electricity was back on now. She didn’t notice anything odd. The hectic work day and driving in such a bad weather had made her mind quite numb, she was too tired. She just needed to unwind, get a hot shower, turn into a couch potato for the rest of the evening and watch that series everyone was raging about in her office.
Well, he also had plans of his own. He was restless. He couldn’t wait to pounce on her. He wanted her all for himself. He was so happy thinking about the things he would do to her. He would play those games he thought about whilst waiting for her to come back and thinking about that gave him such an immense pleasure.
She had no idea what awaited her!
She forgot everything and as soon as she switched on the TV. Suddenly she remembered something and looked around her apartment nervously. He grabbed the opportunity and ran towards her.
The games he wanted to play were about to get started.
He jumped. He grabbed her.
She screamed!
He wouldn’t let go of her.
There was a scuffle between the two. But then something just happened! She just held him tightly and made him sit on her lap and continued watching the TV!
She kissed him!
She apologized that she forgot about him.
He was just lonely. He just wanted her to come back.
He was tired of waiting.
Her poodle loved her. And so did she.
